Each player may hold only one (1) active account on the phonejoy Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, under aliases, using different devices, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited. phonejoy may use technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and bonuses or winnings accumulated through duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

phonejoy accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, USDT, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ Pay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your phonejoy wallet immediately upon successful authorization. Bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes depending on the financial institution.
All deposit funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. phonejoy does not accept third-party deposits. Using another person's GCash, bank account, or payment method to fund your phonejoy account is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and funds being held pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed by phonejoy subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within 1–3 business hours during standard operating hours. phonejoy does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your financial institution may impose its own transaction charges, for which phonejoy accepts no liability.
phonejoy reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. During such review periods, withdrawal timelines may be extended. We will notify affected players of any delays and anticipated resolution timeframes.
The functional currency of phonejoy accounts for players in the Philippines is the Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All balances, deposits, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP unless otherwise specified in particular product or promotion terms.
phonejoy offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonus funds awarded to your phonejoy account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phonejoy and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phonejoy's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
phonejoy reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice where:
In cases of suspected fraud or Terms violation, phonejoy may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where a violation is confirmed, phonejoy may forfeit the entire balance. Where no violation is established, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
You may close your phonejoy account at any time by contacting our customer support team through live chat. Before your account is closed, any pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited and any remaining real money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method subject to our standard withdrawal process and KYC requirements.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the phonejoy Platform or our services, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and endeavour to resolve it within five (5) business days.

We will notify registered players of material changes via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent on-platform notification. Amended Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notification.
Your continued use of the phonejoy Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
These Terms, and all matters arising from or relating to your use of the phonejoy Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any choice-of-law principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
